Our dedicated staff plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality programs and fostering a positive camp environment. What We Look For
We seek individuals who:
- Demonstrate strong character and a positive attitude
- Have experience working with youth or in outdoor programs
- Are eager to grow both personally and professionally
- Possess a love for the outdoors and a spirit of adventure
All staff members must pass a criminal background check and drug screening prior to employment.
Available Positions
We offer a variety of positions to suit different skills and interests, including:
- Counselors: Aquatics, Handicraft, Outdoor Skills, First Year Camper (GBB), Ecology, Range & Target Activities, and Media.
- Area Directors: Looking for 18+ for outdoors skills, GBB, ecology and media
- Support Staff: Camp maintenance and logistics, food service, retail store, medical and office support.
Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program
Our CIT program is designed for young individuals seeking to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a camp setting. CITs will:
- Participate in training opportunities, such as CPR, Lifeguard, and more
- Receive on-the-job training in an area that aligns with their skill set
- Earn volunteer hours for service commitments
CITs must be between 14 and 15 years old and commit to a 2 to 4-week period.
